The environment
The whole area around Villa Olive Grove is open for long walks, jogging, bike tours, boat trips, nature walks and exploring the historic Dalmatian cities such as Zadar (approx. 15 km) or Nin (approx. 1 km). If you have a boat with you, you can leave it 100 meters further in the marina. The well-known surfing paradise Sabunika can be reached in five minutes by car.
The beaches and

You can choose between several sandy or stony beaches that start about 70 meters further. After a wonderful swim in the sea, stay on the beach or return to the wonderful tranquility of Villa Olive Grove's own garden. You can always enjoy a direct view of the sea and the spectacular island landscape on the one hand, and the majestic Velebit mountain range on the other.
